I enjoyed the modern decor and beautiful location of the hotel, but there were some significant drawbacks. My room wasn't ready upon check-in, and the size differences in the room options were downplayed. I also had issues with the bathroom amenities and felt the service was lacking at times.

I had a pretty good stay at Caption By Hyatt Downtown Nashville/The Gulch. The location was fantastic and the hotel was modern and clean, which I really appreciated. But there were a few hiccups, like some communication issues with housekeeping and a bit of noise from neighbors that disturbed my sleep.
